TV repair?

Anyone good with TV repairs? I found a 47" Insignia flat screen out by the trash with no physical damage. Brought it home but it won't power on. Any ideas?

It's probably a capacitor. I had the same issue I replaced the main board with a $25 eBay find and it worked. Your mileage may vary.

Be careful playing with capacitors. Even with no power they can still have a charge and zap you good.

Good bit of advice mark... The capacitors in the TV I had we merely 25V 2200 microfarad. Like I said it's easier to replace the whole board if the board is the problem.
