How many watts for a 80d DT and 35g sump?

Trying to control this algae and I saw a 20w UV that will fit in my sump. Is that enough to help control algae?

I was always told 1 watt per 3 gallons of saltwater,but I've always done about half that with super low flow.

I can't find any info on that. Saw a 400gph UV rated 11w and 50g to 150g.

So on a whim during the Amazon July sale I picked this up and its been running about 2 weeks 24hrs a day and seems to have cleared up nicely. A few pockets of diatoms and Dino's left but much better than before. I do use the turkey baster to blow it off sand and glass. It was under $20 and hopefully can dial the duration back soon so its not running 24x7..
