Wow! Ok I am in need of a skimmer. So does anyone recommend Vertex? It seems a lot of buyers complain it is loud. I am not a equipment geek therefore don't know if they are worth the money. So I am now looking at getting a 100g tank for my birthday. What are your thoughts on the Vertex Omega 150 skimmer? Would you recommend this for a 100g or a different brand? I was looking at the Red Octo 150int

I am also in need of a new skimmer but even at 40% off the skimmer I need is still more than most other skimmers
Yeah I am keeping an eye on one they have 42 right now
