I know I should just call up ecotech but I guess I came down with a severe sinus infection over night, i feel like im dead and cant talk. Anyway I was trying to hook up my vortechs I got from the Frag swap this weekend. One of them works fine, the other was running fine for a minute or two but soon the entire wetside started spinning( not the propeller, the whole thing)then it stalled and a stall error popped up. Tried to restart it and same thing just a stall error. I took it out and the prop. was barely able to move. I spun it a free and it was making some nasty grinding noises. I took the back cover off and noticed that the inner plastic circle peice was all scratched up in a circle and so was the cover. Obviously they were both rubbing against eachother. If the cover is off the prop spins very easily, as soon as it is on it jams up. Any quick fixes or do I need to call ecotech and get a replacement?

I have to vouch for them, too. When I hooked mine up, one of the power supplies didn't work. I contacted them, and 2 days later a brand new one arrived.
I had a similar problem with mine . I gave them a call and had all the parts to fix it sent right out to me . There customer service is great . The parts they will send you will be the new updated spacer,that part seems to be the problem for a few of them . They are probably going to ask you to send a photo so they can send you all the parts you need ,you might want to snap one when you can so you can just email it right out to them .
