Considering picking up a frag of Walt Disney at Frag Swap this weekend. What price would be a good deal? Anyone have this coral?

$50-$100 would be a good price point, depending on size of course.

Really depends size, color, health. You should be able to find a decent frag for $100. Getting a healthy piece for the price is where the value is.

Try to get one cheap if you haven't been growing acropora for years. They tend to be more sensitive than others.

I am definitely an acro novice and you read my mind. I was basically looking for advice on a price too good to pass up. This frag show has such a variety of vendors I am looking forward to finding a few good deals.

I bought a blueberry yum yum at Reefco for my first acro, which they said is an easy one. So far, so good. I then tried two tenuis from SBB, like Walt Disney. One died after a week and another never shows any PE but is still hanging on after a few months. I would recommend something easier than tenuis. Maybe get a green slimer?
