I recently upgraded to a 40B and I also pulled the trigger on two 1150 Koralia's which replaced my two 425 Koralia's. The 1150's were way too powerful for my tank since I only have softies and LPS. I feel like the 425's aren't sufficient, should I go with two 600's or two 850's? What's the total GPH that's recommended for a 40B softie/lps tank?

Did you try to move them around? I have way more than that in my 40 breeder with lots of lps.
I did not trying to move them around. My clowns didn't like the flow one bit with the two's 1150's. They only stayed in their cave and never came out. I had them on opposite ends, one facing the other and the other aimed towards the water surface. I've been told mixed things, (too much flow or perfect amount of flow) my zoa's were definitely stressed because a lot of them stayed closed the second I put the 1150's in. How would you recommend placing them?
