What do you feed your LPS corals?

Quick question for everyone... What do you feed your LPS corals? I remember about 10 years ago I use to feed mine phytoplankton.

i have my first shipment of corals coming in the mail today and I want to begin feeding them this week. I have a nice lobo brain, acans, zoas, hammer coral and a flower anemone. I just want to make sure they are nice and healthy for me.
Thanks

I mix reef chili, phytoplankton, and cyclops. Sometimes some mysis to the larger ones.

I notice only some of the lps seem interested in the mysis, most of all the duncan. The flower anemone likes them too. But all go for the combo

I target feed reef roids once a week. I turn off my power heads and decrease return pump flow for 15-30 mins so that the slime nets corals make aren't blasted off.

I do 2 cubes for general tank (Ocean nutrition Reef1 and Reef2), every second day I mix in a tsp of Reef Roids. Target feed the bigger stuff shrimp and clam chunks.
Plus I drop a bottle or two of pods in there every month as I have a Mandarin scooting about.

Thanks for the info everyone. I’m going to start dozing some reef roids and will take it from there.
