I am new to the forum. I am confused on what shout it out loud is used for. If anyone can shed some light on it for me would be greatly appreciated.

It's just a chat box. Back in the day there used to be some lively conversations there.

Thanks for the info. I try to figure out what is being said but I can't figure out where the conversation comes from?
