What is this discoloration or some type of sickness?

Have a Naso tang with weird white spots it’s not ich doesn’t stick out usually fades out completely during day time lights comes out more at night

might want to cross post this at humble fish forums, they might have better knowledge on what the issue may be. too me, it looks fungal of some sort but can't say for sure.

I had that with my Emperor Angel and looked it up - it looked like it was flukes. It said a 5 minute freshwater dip and if you see stuff fall off, it was flukes. I couldn't get mine out in time and it passed.
