What is this thing?

The above was found in my good buddies refugium tank. Its roughly 2 and a 1/2 inches long with tenticles coming out of its side's and just appeared.
A few facts about his tank
Its only 15 gallons and is just a refugium not attached to anything with no fish just a couple inverts.
The tanks main purpose is the production of copepods and cheato algea.
Nothing has been added to this tank in almost 11 months the last thing being cheato
A number of hitch hikers came with a piece of coral donated from a member of this club quite some time ago but up until now nothing like this has ever shown up
Any idea

I have no idea. If someone asks actually knows what this is if they could please respond and maybe update users as to what this might be. If it is what the above think it is that'ssgreat it sounds like it's harmless but let's be sure. Really would like to know what it is along with you, in any case lets be sure

Still stand by it being a spaghetti worm.
