Whats going on Reefers

Seems a little stagnant in here so lets try and spice it up has anyone picked up any new corals they want to show off. Maybe you got a new tank build for all those DIY fans lets here about it. Whats going on with the POTM its mid month did we miss it. if a coral falls in your tank and you simply cant reach it with out risking damaging other corals o you leave it and hope for the best. why is that most reefers tell you to give corals space but you go to stores and they are practically on top of each other. or has anyone else noticed and i wont say the LFS name but every time i go the frags look so sad algae growing everywhere i was umm how about "noo" just some food for thought

This is a new to us tank. Have been waiting for things to settle and make changes as they do. This is our third aquascape on it and are very happy with the results. Things that were damaged or not looking great have really bounced back

Here are some pics of newer corals in our main tank that we may not have shared. We have lost a few frags do to accidental contact with other corals. For us. Anything lands on a chalice. It’s as good as dead

Just finished up my little garden but who is ever really done. Lol what colors am I missing ?

Hammer garden looking slim I feel it need to be filled out more and yes I know there is a torch and a rbta in the picture as well ... moving on

This next one was a steal at $10 bucks I won’t give up my source but I think it’s got “potential” heheh [emoji57]

Currently my favorite coral to gaze at. It’s mesmerizing. If you know of any other colors let me know let’s talk we can always come to an accord.
Lastly

Is a close up of this bad boy I got from mark at Uc “it’s a beauty

Oh almost forgot so I recently purchased a baby yellow tang at reefco ( shoutout to them love the store and the quality and cleanliness bit pricey but fish gotta swim and what not) well we named it pickchu and it’s amazing. Just wanted to share that

keeping this thread well stimulated i have a few questions
i saw in your pictures @Sponge that you had some GSP growing on the back of the glass. look lovely by the way but my question is is it hard to get it to encrust on the wall ?
The one you have seems to be a bright metallic greenish color maybe i am not 100% sure but i have one that when i bought it was more of a purple with light green hues and tints. now its like a pastel green when i get a picture ill post it. does anyone have any experience with corals colors changing.

It is not hard at all. Crawls on glass very well. I personally have three different varieties of GSP. All three are different shades tips and centers. And the polyp lengths vary from short and tight to quite long. And I have seen several other varieties as well. It’s a very diverse species.
