Whats up with this Barton supply bannor?

uhh, that's not cool. It should just be a gif picture file unless someone did something to it. It should just be linking to our site at http://www.bartonsupply.com/ushio/

I also just went through all of the source code for the page and called our host and we haven't been compromised. What antivirus and browser are you using because I need to reproduce it so I can see what is causing it and get it fixed.

It might actually mean that your computer is infected. It is an exploit in acrobat reader. It made its way onto your computer by javascript running from opening a pdf file. You should update your acrobat reader and scan your computer.

I just got off the phone with our host and they don't see anything wrong with our site either. I am going to talk to symantec and see what they say about it first.

Something in the javascript on your sight makes Firewalls **think** there is a trojan. If I go to www.bartonsuppply.com from any computer in my office I get a Sonicwall firewall stop alert (hardware, not software on each computer) that says This request is blocked by the SonicWALL Gateway Anti-Virus Service. Name: IFrame.JK (Trojan)

That usually happens when your web page us calling for an IFRAME, which in today world is interpretted as a redirect to another location.

Thanks, I was thinking the only thing it could be is that www.bartonsupply.com redirects to store.bartonsupply.com.

Do you guys get the same message when you go to the ushio link above? or if you go to store.bartonsupply.com directly. I think it is the code hostgator is using to redirect everything. Is there a better way to redirect everything?

All cases, same thing.. (all 3 ways.)

Can you guys check it now? I think it was the live chat program we had. It hid encoded java at the bottom of the index pages. Let me know if you guys still get the error.

I originally had the same problem...just clicked into the Barton site and I'm no longer getting that virus warning. Looks like you got it. ;D

Awesome! That live support program sucked anyhow. So I guess instead of being helpful to people it probably cost me customers. Yay!!! Well I guess the old K.I.S.S. is the best thing anyhow.

By the way, if anyone orders on the site all passwords are encrypted and the site is CISP compliant. We only store part of your credit card number. Just in case anyone wanted to know. Also google checkout will be added when I get a few hours to do it.

The www link won't work for a little until it refreshes. Now to make a new banner that actually looks right on here.

Thanks guys.
