Whats wrong with my clown???

Take a look at the pic,
She looks like something is hanging out of her mouth.
It showed up this morning and stuck with her all day.
Any thoughts?

Can you get a picture that is a little less blurry?

Is it actually hanging out of it's mouth? Or is it a piece of it's mouth hanging off?

Here is a better shot...
It is something hanging out...Not the mouth itself.
I thing that some of whatever is was has fallen off, so I am a little less worried.

While I was posting a new pic, it looks like she finally cleared whatever it was out of her mouth.

So she is all better now. Just seem strange that it stuck with her all day.
