At night it has the feelers out so I assume it likes food at night?

I feed my other LPS with lights on (Hammers, Duncan, and soon my Torch)

My Galaxea is so small I haven't had much look getting the feel that yeah it go food. Although just notice the swimmer the other day wow lol

when the lights are out is when i feed all my corals. like you said it's when all the "feelers" are out but i don't target feed, i just blanket the food. i feed maybe once per week, usually the day before the water change. i use the BRS reef chilli....the scoop that comes with it, just one of those leveled off in the container and i just dump it into the gyre

I feed my corals (but don't have any Acans) about 1 to 2 hours before my lights go off. I feed once a week (on Sundays) with a mix of Reef-Roids and rotifers. I first set out and target feed my corals. I give a good shot of food to each coral. What every I have left I blank the tank with. I also turn my skimmer and my wave makers off for 10mins.

I feed mine with the lights on. First I put some plankton in my tank and min or two after their mouths are wide open.

I put plexiglass around them to keep snails and shrimp away and just target feed.

I use the turkey baster and a frozen zooplankton from san fran bay food- zoa's don't get feed. My polyps will close down on it so I feed it. My Duncan and hammers also suck it down.

I might should look at a reef chili

My shrimps steals from the Duncan little bastard

yea the shrimps will do that. my coral banded is notorious for stealing free food. to rectify that issue, i feed him a veggie chip, this way he'll hide and eat it in peace whilst i feed the corals
