White film in ato water after adding kalkwasser

Is this normal? I started using kalwasser and I noticed this. I mix with a stirrer for about 3 minutes and let wverything sink to the bottom after an hour or so. Ive heard of the white residue at the bottom of the ato but not a white film on top

I've read that the fresh mix should sit for 24 hours, which I do but still sometimes notice a white film. Ignore it.

Yes, it forms a crusty top. Nothing wrong here.
