Whole Foods Market RO Water

anyone ever checked this water out? I haven't personally, but I have only used this water claimed to be RO and I am still getting algae which I figured would be minimal using all RO water.

Maybe you can get a TDS meter and test it. Or if someone you know already has one then you can bring them that water and have them test it.

I personaly wouldn't use anything other than RO made from an RODI that I made or know someone with the machine made.

An idiot friend of mine used poland spring in his 14gallon BioCube for top off water and in no time he had algae all over his tank. I just don't trust anything anymore.

OMG are you SERIOUS??? I hope you set them straight and gave em a swift kick in the butt! I mean...what do these people think that dump Poland Sping in a tank?? Aquafina is way better ;D

In all seriousness... when I lived in Charlestn SC at a water treatement company, we tested Aquafina and it was pretty low on the TDS and hardness if memory serves me but....nah... RODI.. only way to go.

And NOT those $35-40 tap water filters from Aquarium Pharmacuticals either...

I could be wrong but I thought the Aquafina Brand (by pepsi) was just NYC Tap water. It may not be NYC's but I know for sure it is Tap water from a municipality - just like Coca Cola's Dasani Brand.
