Would you feed this to your Reef tank?

I found these at a pop-up store where I work for a dollar each. They seem like they would be good for my fish is there any drawback to feeding these to my fish?
I bought five of these, but they had more on the shelf. I couldn’t pass up the deal and figured it can’t be too bad.

They are messy if feeding to small fish. I would break them to have less mess.
My lion fish back in the day lived them.
