I would stay away from the Neptune salinity probe. They are notorious for being out of calibration. I would buy the new Hanna salinity checker. Or anything else but Neptune apex salinity probe.
But if you do buy it buy it new. That way at least you have a warranty.

I just bought a used pm2 - I've read they're iffy. But couldn't pass on the deal !
If it's a good price on a used one I'd be willing to try it.
Still def need a vdm
