WTB Oceanic 30G Cube OR 40G Breeder

My 30G cube stand is deteriorating. So, in order of preference, I would like to buy:

A blonde wood stand like this

Or I'd consider either a tank and stand of the same thing in cherry

Also open to a 40G Breeder tank and stand.
