I have never heard of Ruby Reef Rally.
I google it and it’s claims to be a treatment for ick.
The only proven treatment for ick is copper.
So you would need to get all your fish out of the tank.
Run the tank without fish for 90 days I believe and treat your sick fish with copper in a seperate tank.

I don't use it for ich. I use it for bacterial, physical injury and precursor treatment for uronema.

Absolutely Fish definitely has it. But can't you just order it online anyway? That's how I got mine in the past.
