But hey, I've been a paid member for like, I don't know, a half hour now and nothing!! I didn't get a "Welcome to the fold, here's your key to the bathroom" email, I didn't get a free t-shirt, a sticker....NOTHING. Geez.... not even a fanfare on a kazoo. I'm so depressed..... :-\

in all seriousness, it takes alittle bit for staff to upgrade your account and about a month to get your membership card.
cards give you discounts at sponsors stores, we do monthly group buys, members sell equipment cheap, coral cheap, meeting are fun... and your talking about kazoos and bathrooms ::)

Of course I need a bathroom and a kazoo. Are you people living under a rock or what??? LOL, but yeah, this is a great place and in the couple weeks or so that I've been on here I've enjoyed my time and learned a lot so thanks. I sent the rest of the info needed to get me going and we'll meet some of you at the meeting next week.

Oh, and onefish...I signed up for the titanium membership, that gives me access to the buffet. :p

I did say buffet table. The kegs are over there....
As for the tank, I posted pics on Tale of the Tank, posting pics every day. No fights in there yet. If I don't see any soon, though, I'm going to have to go out and buy some more aggressive fish and see if I can stir things up. Maybe if I make it REAL crowded in there, they'll start getting pissy. 8)

I dunno - I had to take my damsel of a girl out a lot (buffets included) before she agreed to marry me. ;)

'Course now I just point to our savings/101K and say sorry. :eek:
