Yesterday was an emotional day

Yesterday I removed the last of the rock and coral from my BioCube 8. It has been such a great little tank for the last year and a half and I was really sad to see it empty. As I sat on the couch in the living room and looked over at the dark and empty tank. I thought about all the corals I've watched out grow the tank and how the tank brought a certain life and brightness to the room. For now it is dark and barren, but it will one day rise again with a brighter new purpose.
