Keyboard Replacement - Giving Myself an At-A-Boy

I all of a sudden lost the use of a number of letter keys on my little Acer Netbook. I was going to order up another netbook, and was perusing Amazon, when I remembered fixing my kid’s Mac video screen by viewing a how-to video on YouTube (She had sat on her laptop and crack the screen into many pieces). The step-by-step video made it so easy. So I searched for a How-to on keyboard replacement and found one. It is so bloody easy. They are a single unit with a ribbon cable. So I ordered up a new keyboard off of Amazon for 14.99 (plus 4.99 shipping) and when it arrived, five minutes later I was back in business. So if your keyboard on your laptop/netbook craps out, look into the easy and inexpensive fix of just replacing the keyboard.

slightly off topic but I shattered the back glass on my iPhone and freaked out b/c a new one was not an option (before I opened it up I had no clue what was integrated to what and therefore how much damage I had done) - well $12 and literally under a minute and it was fixed - apparently other parts which are prone to breaking are similarly easy to fix/replace. Good call looking at that angle....

i had a problem with one "key" on my keyboard and as an interim i just used the "ease of access" service that is on windows to launch the on screen keyboard (which you could use your mouse to 'click' the key).

but can you post up the amazon link for this keyboard? curious. thanks.
