How many watts for a 80d DT and 35g sump? Trying to control this algae and I saw a 20w UV that will fit in my sump. Is that enough to help control algae?

It almost half way down. maybe if I adjust the fins to point a little more down.

I am using a Jaebo SOW15 but the holder is causing it to dip down and also a Gyre but flow doesn't seem well for the sand bed. I am going to see if its discounted tomorrow on AMZ.

I'm thinking of getting new powerheads to help with diatoms on the sand. Has anyone tried these? Hygger wavemaker 2500

Nitrate is 10 and Phosphate is 1, after stirring up the sand a few times.

I also have an Elos PS200 skimmer new but no pump. have a metal stand for a 30g tank. Open to trades or cash for the above. Free - LifeGard 7g or 8g tank. Picked this up from Mark-C but will be setting up a 30g soon. can bring to the meeting or can pickup.
