ive been following this thread closely. I have a question. Do you suggest this for newer tanks? I ask because I worry about stripping necessary nutrientents. Not sure how effective the filter is or whether its too effective and can harm newer tanks.

Had him for almost 3 years. Hes a bully in my 56 gal, if you have plenty of hiding spaces and ample room he will fair nicely for you. Want to see him go to a good home. Willing to meet up. Hes currently in my sump cause he took a chubk out of my tang.

Hey. He seems fine. Swimming about picking the rocks and eating normally. I suspect it was my agressive clownfish. I banned him to the sump and everyone seems more peaceful now.

I think the dosers I found have an attachment so that the tubing connects directly to the top. I guess I can just run the tubing down instead. If yall can do that so can I;);)

Was reading some reviews and have heard catching air bubbles is a concern so it should be well made. Curious to hear what others recommend.

Been also dealing with what I think is micro bubbles. It makes the tank look a little cloudy. Every1 thinks im crazy but I know I can see it, especially when I look through the side of the tank. Im adding a pic but not sure if you can see it. But no sure what is creating it. Maybe my main pump...

just some updates. Added GHL controller for to monitor temp and pH. Tank has been pretty stable. Parameters are as follows pH: 8.1 Alkalinity: 6.8 Nitrate: 28.9 Phosphate: 0.1 Salinity: 1.026 Calcium: 420 Not happy with the alkalinity but dont want to start dosing just yet. Everything looks...

Agreed. They absolutely inflate the price. Its across the board for anything during black friday and cyber monday. But the buy 2 and the 30% gelped bring it down significantly
