Are you concerned at all about whether your basement has humidity or not? I am worried about setting up a frag tank in my basement for that very reason. Not sure if it causes issues or not.

When you dose, will a sponge filter clean everything up? Should I only run powerheads?

I am having the same exact problem. It has been laying on my prized acans and they have not been happy at all. I banishe him to the sump. Will be getting rid of him, maybe donating to LFS or giving him away. If anyone wants it PM me. SOrry for stealing your thread!

Try the petco on rt22 union. I was there just yesterday. Fish are in small tanks but it looks like they have someone who knows what they are doing. Tanks looked clean and couldnt find a fish with ich. Everything was properly labelled as well. Picked up a shark nose goby and a cleaner shrimp.

On another note: has anyone ever ordered snails from reef cleaners?? I lost about 8 of then because they kept crawling out of the tank. Im not sure why. All the snails Ive gotten from stores before were always fine. Very strange

Haha yes I did dial in the UV. I am actually using the recommended settings that BRS gave on their 25 minute video on the AI prime HD. @horseplay you use very little UV. Is there a reason? Just curious
