I had a pretty much same experience with RC. Good luck with a refund, John at RC a a piece of garbage at best.
I had to go through PayPal to get it done. I had nothing in my order survive.
Hermits. Emeralds, peppermints, and lots of various snails. Even had some stuff not even included and...
OK so for everyone that responded thinking Dinosaur. While agree for the most part here is something to chew on. I have never seen or heard of snails and inverts eating dinoflaggettes. Yet I see this everyday. Here are 2 spots under each frag that were cover only a couple of hours ago, cleared...
I'll have to look that one up.
Pellets were pulled, vibrant stopped about a week ago. I've increased my feeding a touch in hopes of driving nutrients back up a bit.
Peroxide is tough to find these days. I have a bit in the house that was preparing to use, but not much more then a weeks worth...
I'm thinking this too. I'm just used to the stringy snotty stuff.
When vacuumed off rocks blown off(easily done) its back pretty quickly. And the extreme low nutrients are also leading me there
Here are some stills from the videos I took. Vida are to big to fit here o guess, and I can't figure out how to cut them down. I'll take more when lights come on

Most of what I got from there died within days. Same fish from other sources, no issue at all. They used to keep salinity low to hide problems. Soon as you acclimated and got them up to par the issues would start. I've since stopped buying fish from them. Inverts, CUC, and dry goods no problem
Pacific East is good and would recommend them. Otherwise I'm just gonna stick to the LFS at this point. Hidden Reef is a black hole for fish survival most of the time, but the inverts/cuc items are plentiful, cheap, and hardy from there.
