I will never go back to using a ato. I use the apex dos to add water to the tank. I have it dosing exactly what I lose in evaporation. I have a sensor that lets me know if my water in my sump is too low or too high l. I can log on to my apex and make changes. If you are not in the apex...

I use kalk and I dose it from a dosing pump. I do it 24/7 I match what I evaporate so I don’t even use a Ato.

You don’t need to do anything special with the copper band. a healthy copperband is faster than most tangs. I would just buy one from a good LFS the food we feed our fish now are really good. Any frozen food with clams/ scallops / mussels the copper and will be happy I feed my at night when...
