I'm hoping the small one works out. I have a small tank with only rocks and a Refugium , no mechanical filtration, I'd be nice to kick everything up and filter it out to this degree once in a while.
I want to keep one in the future. What's kept me from it is, I hear they eat fish and I really like my fish. So I've always chickened out. Anyone know the reality of them actually eating fish?
It can be done feed very sparingly. If it's live rock you'll have a much easier road. For clowns and banggai , I'd shop local. We have a Clownfish breeder in the club. Absolutely fish breeds their own clowns. And any LFS can order wild or captive bred.
I would add inverts until it's no longer a problem. Something someone told me a long time ago that rang true...... There's never any algae in a shops snail tank
