Out of curiosity, why target 9 and not 8 on the alk? Mike Paletta wrote a nice article about some of the bigger names out there and their stats.. Most stay in the 8 range so that is what I target. Cool article really.. Included Sprung, Jason Fox, the WWC team, etc.

This month is a crazy good campaign for POTM.. I plan on posting by the due date really. Can we discuss this at the meeting on Saturday? Great forum for it in person is any members of the board will be there. First meeting I'll be able to attend since March at Doug's house.

It's been a week since the meeting, though still wanted to say thanks to Doug for hosting, and to everyone there for allowing us new members to feel welcome. Also wanted to thank TSM for their great frags. I didn't know what to expect, though that was a really great group of people to chill...

Beautiful tank! There is something to be said for longevity in this hobby... It is not for folks looking for a quick reward. It can be a life long science experiment. Nicely done!
