I got a Setosa from Stan at least two years ago. Mine is a bright orange color though....and it has taken a while to grow....but it's huge and awesome now.

GFO I started using about a year ago or so....best stuff ever!! I had a big phosphate problem and have SPS, and this helped a lot!! I also use Bulk Reef Supply GFO. Just don't add too much as it can effect PH...BRS has a great calculator to tell you how much you should use for your tank...

Yes...it is real bamboo and the tank has been up and running for about 2 months.
What about taking down the 2 HOB filters and switching to a canister??
Ok...she says she has 1 piece of red coral, a few clay pots, a white stone, and there are a variety of cichilds. Everything from peacock to just generic African.
She doesn't know what type of rocks or coral though.
I have a friend who has a 26 Gallon tank that has 6 Cichlid's and a Pleco in it, along with some snails. She is running 2 Aqueon HOB filters and 3 air stones.

Cyano is a bacteria....yes the lights will cause it to darken when they are on, but it is there even when the lights are off. It is caused by high nutrients and low flow. I've battled cyano many times.
I planted a Habanero Pepper plant back in the Spring and I was getting a few peppers here and there, but now it seems to be bearing peppers like crazy now!! I just picked 4 ripe orange ones off and there are about 10-12 green ones about to turn...and I am still finding baby ones coming out...
