I'm looking to buy 1 to 3 ft bus cables not sure how many I need yet I'm thinking 2 1ft cables, ph probe calibration fluids would be awesome, and slv2 module, salinity probe and calibration fluids are a thought but not a nessacary at this point.
Thanks to Mark C I am now the owner of a reefkeeper lite. I will be installing today then starting a WTB thread of any additional modules or accessories I may need.
Thank you Mark, as everyone else stated thank you for the hospitality, it was a good time. Your son's reptiles were amazing that was an added bonus. Let me know how the fuge works out. It was also nice to meet all the member that washe present.
Fish are good softies are good lps is happy but not thrilled and the few sps I have are all browning from the nutrients but they still seem okay. I would like to switch over to a sps dominant tank that's why I'm trying to achieve good parameters.

I did consider it but I had a lfs test it months ago who uses salifert and we pretty much had similar numbers granted once it was over 80 ppm he stopped. The api kit hasn't expired yet but it could be a possibility.

Lots of good info. Thanks guys I have been trying to read alot of reviews and so forth for them. I definitely feel the lite or Jr are going to be my top choices I don't need the bigger units. I would add a ph and salinity probe, and doseing pump, as for the rest I really could get away with...
I wish I had the skill set to build one. That would be pretty cool. I did see the timers you were talking about and that is an option. Right now skimmer production is good but one I reaquascape I feel I'll have a much lighter bioload then I'll need to adjust accordingly. I do want one that can...
My reactors pump is only 95gph do you think I need to run a bigger pump on it? I do have a mj 400 which would be 15gph more than what I have now. I do think the media tumbles well as its not sticking together.
Thanks horseplay that sounds good I will order a container this weekend normal or plus? I have done 2 30 gallon water changes the past two Sundays and havent seen any real change as far as my api test goes (I know the test kit has a horrible scale) but my anenome and coral do seem alot happier...
That's what I've been trying to weight out. I think my skimmer is slightly to big for my tank so I would like to have it on a timer for an off period of say 4 hrs. I am also debating on dosing kalkwasser in ato, so ph prob nessacary, eventually a salinity prob, (ato is gravity feed but I don't...
Wow and yes I did see the thread. Do you have any of the EcoBak pellets left, I would definitely switch over from the npx if that's the results your getting. I used the same amount in half the water and haven't seen any real result. My question is would I just empty out my reactor and start...
Thank you, it has been running since June, so it has had quite some time to culture. Took me 2 months to go to 400 ml. I did not have any cyno outbreaks or algea blooms so that seemed to go well. I unfortunately never marked the full level on the reactor so I'm not sure how much has been...
Looking to get a controller soon. I'm going to start with thier smaller units and expand as I needo to. I'm sure there's guys and gals here that use both, just wondering how you like them and your experiences with them.
