Trying to find a company that can build a custom metal stand for me. Looking for one that has a good reputation or one that has been used by someone on here. I know about coast to coast, their prices are ridiculous.
If done right it will be fine, look at most tanks. They come with plastic overflows siliconed to glass. My tank has acrylic overflows siliconed to glass, was manufactured in 2002, still holding strong. It's all in how everything is put together and how it is cured.
I live near by if you need a hand, also I wouldn't use a bullet level. Those are not always correct, go with a 3 foot level at least. Also I would get rid of that composite in between the tank and stand.

I was thinking of trying it out, I always use ESV but switched to the salinity, wish I never didi, worse thing I have done. All corals look worse and I got cyano, switched back to ESV and things are getting better.
