I think the blue+ and actinics will give you a lot of blue spectrum. You can change 1 of each for either purple+ or coral+. Those have some red and green spectrum and brighter (whiter) to the eyes. So they may put out more PAR for keeping anemones. Also don't forget about flow. Some anemones...

I have a WP-25 in a 120 gal tank and I still had to buy the adjustable DC controller to lower the output (ELSE mode). Otherwise, all my corals on the other side of the tank gets blown away. It really is that powerful. I also have a Tunze on the other side just to have an opposing flow.
