@Sunny , you mentioned 2-part, do you use a commercial product or a DIY version? I was reading a thread on DIY versions so this popped into my head

I use Neo Therms, I feel it's the most consistent. Will need a couple for that system though

I'm not DIY savvy so I'd be that guy spending $300 on a new sump.

Mostly Alk for me using a Hanna checkers, about 1x per week. Then my salinity after each weekly water change. Calcium not too often, maybe 1x per month I lost parts of my Salifert Mag test kit so I don't test for Mag (though I know I should)

pumps were very quiet and they do move a lot of water. With the controller i think they are worth it. I just hate that they cost substantially more than pumps themselves
