i don't have an advise for the Temper-pedic mattress... however, regardless where do you get it, stay away form those rip off store like Sleepys... better to try them in Macys and if you don't like them later, you can return it... or get from Costco, but i am not sure costco have product demo...

the MP40 does have noise... i have it in the reef mode, when at night i am in my 2nd floor bed room, i can hear the MP40's randomness speed of loud and light humming in the background down stair. why don't TUNZE and Voyager made a smaller power heads!!! they don't have to make it so big...

one good thing on MP40 is the are quite small ... compared to TUNZE & SICCE pumps. i have a MP40 & 3 TUNZE 6080/6100/6200 pumps.

how it control the intensity of the LED ? I assuming your is a custom LED or it support external controller? my regular (RedSand) LEDs don't have anything for it to controlling of. I used LitterMeter-III as my auto water change, I assume this won't be able to control from this unit either...?
