The last resort is chemi clean.. I have used it one time and have been cyno free for 5 months.. my tank when i got it was covered in cyno due to the person using tap water before.. I forgot to ask are you vodka or suger dosing? if so you are just feeding the cyno
It was only one part of my tank where I faced the PH and that was a back corner.. I set it up where some of the flow would go around the back of the rocks
I think chemi-clean red Slime Remover is a better product bit more pin point.. The others seem more of a broad spectrum antibiotic from my understanding ... but good luck anyways
Also use a air stone when using chemi clean.. the stuff takes out all the DO in the water .. i ran the air stone a week after i used it just to be on the safe side

I have had Aiptasia for some time now and been Chemically Controlling them (Aiptasia X and Kalk paste).. well so i thought :(.. Seeing more small ones popping up and some of the ones treated coming back.. I have one small peppermint now but i think he/she is eating left overs from fish feeding...
The life cycle of Ich
1. Trophozoites mature in the skin of the fish.
2. Trophont (mature trophozoite) leaves the fish.
3. Trophont produces tomites.
4. Trophont bursts and tomites are released.
5. Tomites penetrate the skin of the fish, and the cycle is repeated.
