Thats most of the reason. It eats up a lot of time to maintain and I don't really have time to just enjoy it. If I try and sit there and just look at the tank for a little bit I either get mauled by a 5 year old or the wife needs me to do something. LOL.

table shrimp with shell, krill, clams, mussles, fish chunks, ect. That's what I use to feed my Picasso and niger back when I had them. Surprised he hasn't eaten your shrimp.....yet.

Thats how I lost one of the fish. When I unwrapped the tank it spooked it and it shot into the skimmer overflow box. (Run away from the light) LOL. O'well, back down to 3 fish again. Maybe I'll try a blenny I can actually see this time.

Yeah I was also dreading worst case as well. I thought I would unwrap the tank and it would be a cesspool of death. I did a mix of different suggestions. I did the 5 day darkness(fully wrapped), ran carbon(changed it every day), dosed peroxide the day of the unwrap and since(figure I'll go for...

Nope. Its crazy how big all the lps puff up to grab as much light as possible after 5 days no light.

Well there where only 2 casualties. A ywg and I think the blenny (can't find the blenny body). What's stupid is the ywg jumped in the overflow box for the skimmer when I unwrapped the skimmer tank. So far I still don't see any dino so I'm happy about that. I'm still going to stick with atinics...

No real rush. Just trying to figure out what to do with my nem as I dont have any intentions of reintroducing it back in the reef right now. Its just sitting in a breeder box so i guess that will be its home for now.

What are the chances a rbta would be okay in a tank with just sw and a bubbler filter? I would also be doin weekly water changes.
