Sunny I have 2 ideas 1st cut the handle off a small or large fish net place on the bottom of the tank cover with sand tie fishing string to the corners when he walks on top pull up 2nd when I need to catch a fish I us the 2 liter bottle approach and it works every time why don't you use that...

Full length it might restrict you on where you can place certen things due to shadowing and what not and since your SPS you need all the light you can get
