As the winter gets here I was wondering what people use for heaters last year not thinking i just stuck a random heater in the sump. Then I here about tanks crashing because there heaters crack and wipe everything out. So my question to everyone is what is a good heater and what do you guys use?

I ran out of coral rx and both fish stores next to me dont carry it the one fish store told me i can use half gallon of tank water and 8 drops of lugols does that sound right. Is that ok for all corals sps lps

Is that ceramic tile I read some where that people put blue or green ceramic tile in there tank and it had Copper Sulfate in it just wondering josh What I would do is put a little crazy glue down and just set it off to the side and just give it some time what would it hurt

I have been using red sea coral pro for over a year with no problems.

If you ever come up to maple shade area I can give you some more I have couple different ones in my tank. I think what you have will grow back do what Brian said and cut out anything that is white and has algae on it and glue whats left to a plug
