I picked this up from a LFS for super cheap yesterday. Did I score like I think I scored or not? I'm not sure of the names and this is a cell phone pic but its 2 different types on it. Will post better pics later.

What type of glass is used to make the sections of the sump? Is it just regular window panes or is it precut tempered glass? I tried to build one once upon a time with plexiglass and the sections bowed and eventually failed. Anyhelp would be appriciated. Josh

If all your planning is to have paly's you could go with as little as a power compact. That would be your cheapest option. If you want to go a little crazier with the corals (once your hooked there is no escape) you should try and fix or replace the LED's.

Where abouts are you located? And how large are they currently?

Its funny that they're rare. I know its because they are hard to find in most area's but they are all over in south jersey. A friend and myself use to hatch them out and release them. They get HUGE. Almost snapper size.

Just as it say's. Still colored up just no polyp extention and tissue receeded. If you want to trade for a frag I wont argue but its not needed.

I'm still showing PO4(1.0). I added PhosBan bag to a high flow area of my sump. It dropped it drasticly but I think its still leeching from the rocks from back when it was crazy high. That or its the food but I don't feed heavy. Is there anything else I can do? Still doing the weekly water...
