Thats horrible.
Diana when I was in the Army 100 years ago and we were going to Viet Nam they gave us shots. A lot of them. 6 at a time from about 5 different "guns". No needles, they just shot the stuff into your arm. We had to walk down a skinny hall way with our arms crossed...
Diana I got my 2nd shot a week ago and feel fine. Only Sissy Girly Men get sick from a silly Covid shot. It's just like a little vitamin.
It's almost a little light outside now so I will go for my walk in the woods. I hope I see a bear so I can wrestle it. :culpability:
I do know that many people do. My neighbor had to go to a Dr. for a severe rash and is on meds for it. She is not going to take her second shot because of it.
I just got a little arm ache which is normal. (And Manly)
How are you doing Paulie and Diana. You guys always read my Dribble.
I am going for my morning walk now as it just got light enough outside that I can see my feet. Monday I am getting another cortizone shot in my knee that allows me to do backflips and run away from these Deer :biggrin...
This post was from 2016 and I decided to put it on here again because I ran out of things to write and I don't feel creative enough to make something up and besides, this is a true story.
So I had an appointment today with a Supermodel from the Veterans Administration. They are seeing if I have...
Hi Paulie, I don't it that so many people can't do this seemingly simple stuff. I can see not being able to do the electronic stuff, but changing a fan is a no brainer.
Thats exactly correct. Its made in China because everyone wanted cheaper stuff so we abandoned American products for this garbage.
When I was a kid, everything was made in the US. All the TVs, electronics, most of the cars etc. Then Japan started making cheaper knock offs.
Now Japan got like...
I don't know why they can't make these things last longer. I just had to replace the fan on the left. I don't know how long it wasn't working but you can see that it is much cleaner then the one on the right so maybe it never worked.
I have a few of these broken lights so I have a nice supply...
For the last week or two I was a little disappointed because I couldn't find any of my randalls gobi's and one of my Bangai cardinals.
I was just working behind the tank and found them both. They are pregnant and fine. So this week I found my Gecko gobi, 2 randalls gobi's and my bangai...
Good Morning, I hope everybody is safe. Being I am a Geezer I got my second Covid Vaccine shot today and to test it out I went to my Daughters house in Manhattan and licked the subway handrails.
But don't do that. :culpability:
You are correct, it wasn't a reef aquarium as all we had was fish and crabs. Then shrimp and anemones came. I added animals as they were imported.
Here is the tank is about 1971
Here is the first page I wrote in my Log book.
This is one of the first Blue Devils imported in about 1972 or...
Thank you. I also feel it is a milestone but to me it is also the last milestone.
Here is a stupid video of a milestone.
I think we all need to set milestones for most of the things we do. I always did in my job and my life (which rarely go as planned)
I feel I had milestones...
I can't believe it, just now I saw a gecko goby in my tank. I haven't seen that fish in 6 or 8 months. I may have two of them. I bought two of them about 5 years ago and it is a fish that stays well hidden and I have never seen the entire fish. I only get a very quick flash of a tail when I...
No, they just spawn and get eaten. If I shut off the pumps for a while, I can sometimes see tiny fish but I don't raise them any more and have not in decades.
It was started in 1971 and was moved three times. The longest it was in one place was 40 years. The last move was almost 3 years ago.
The glass was also changed three times as it got scratched from cleaning. It was started in a 40 gallon glass, then for 45 years it was in 100 gallon glass and...
