It would float to the back of tank.

    Nem Moved

So the Nem seemed to like the cup, flow and light until the light fell. I moved the cup best obvious for more light as it kept stretching out for it. After work it moved here. Not sure what to do leave it, get another light and put back in cup. Any suggestions as I don't want it going behind the...

    Algae issue taking over

I used the black poster board from the Dollar store and thick blanket. I did not feed and did a 7 day black out. Lost 2 fish and some frags. My logic was it would either cure or speed up the restart process. Was battling Dunks on and off for months.

75g reef ready tank curbside pickup

Paulie, it's still 4 foot long. I think depth is 20 inches and forget height.

    Got a steal for pickup

Water turtles are extremely messy; my son had a few. Land turtles are easy to care for and cleanup IMO.

Try the Dollar store, where I get mine usually.

I agree. My Dinos started out this way and became stringy when out of control.

    Light in tank

Diana, from what others posted seems you have to make sure you attach to a stud in the wall. I never touched my light so no idea why it took a little over a year for it give way. My guess is the condo gets damp during the winter where I could see condensation forming on the ceiling. Maybe that...

Mark, appreciate that but let me see how this works for a few days. Plus a few other generous people offered spare lights they have. No need to take yours down.

For a broken led strip still pretty bright all by itself.

Best I could under the circumstances. Unfortunately, the led strip light is broke as only a few bulbs work. The 165w have at 100% for both channels. My concern is an algae problem as other light was 300W and more coverage.

The outlets are not GFCI but the power strip was. I already considered that for the office. Still missing 2 fish and Nepthea got slammed by the light so one side looks horrific. Hopefully, will recover.

After work going to MacGyver my Vipra Specter 165w light and I also have a blue/white led strip 3ft long. Hopefully will provide enough lighting.

@Sponge, Thanks for the tip. Since I am moving the tank will just patch the holes and repaint for now. I am just going to lay the 165w light on top for now.

You did mention that to me before. However, the fixture is 30" long and still just as wide as the single and couldn't find a TV mount to fit. So I went this route.

@Roca1357, I had it mounted with steel plant brackets and toggle bolts; 2 per bracket. Each bolt supposed to hold 80lbs so thought that would work. I couldn't catch a beam, to far out. Thanks for the offer but I have 1 spare I can use 165w, VipraSpectre. Also, now that 3 things happened I should...
