Thank you for your input. I can't afford to not have a sump as it's my only bio/ mechanical filtration area. I'm a wood worker so meticulous is the way I am. I usually run pieces of either in table saw backwards with very little chatter from the teeth. I will sand smooth after the cut...
Thank you

Heading to ACC to get some stuff later. Is that the only place we have somewhat local?

I've used super glue to bond Lexan together and it's a strong bond. I have sheets...
Could you scrape a little, crush then dust any open area in DT(with 0 flow for a while)?
Although reading you said you did find some in a closed 5g which kinda makes me think it doesn't like light to much..... Could be why it was in sump, not sure if u have fuge and any spill over from light
As much hate that instant Ocean has gotten in the past I just got done with a scape. 12 sticks, 500ml super glue later and had ZERO issues with the epoxy. It wasn't instant grab so I super glued, putty, glue and held for a minute. Worked really well though
Oceanic tanks were a step above All Glass Aquariums. I sold them 20+ years ago. I'm not sure when they went out, or even if they did. Every now and again I'll see one pop up on FB Market place... Thanks for bringing me back
