I watched those towers come down for 3 straight days after it happened. Haven’t seen them since. Walk out the room if it comes in the TV. Doubt I’ll ever be able to watch it again.

Tomorrow I will be rucking a marathon at the shore in honor of those lost. I like to collect patches on various rucking events raising money for many different causes. This is the only patch permanently attached to my rucksack. I will never forget.

Hey Paul, What’s you perspective on using 100% beach sand on new setup? I know most wouldn‘t want to risk the oils, lotions, and gunk that may be contained in them. I figured if any of us would be open to it, it would be you. Now what if it was a FOWLR? No corals, nothing fancy. Just water...

The one thing I learned from watching all those BRS videos is not to chase numbers. If your corals are happy, I'd say that speaks volumes.
