    They are Bimaculatus Anthis. 3 in total amd one seems like it’s changing to a male. Black eye spot forming on top dorsal fins.

    my post was only a comment and a suggestion based on personal experience. Lower phosphate .03 has shown better coloration and more coral growth in my system. Higher phosphate can inhibit coral growth over time . I don’t know the exact threshold, but a phosphate lvl of .2 is elevated for a reef...

    Looking good. Nice torch. Keep it up. I would try to knock down the phosphates to under .1 for the mixed reef. I’m between .03-.05. Can b done slowly over time. I use Rowaphos in a reactor, water changes and a Lil brightwell phosphate e.

    Sry u r experiencing this. What is ur source water? TDS ? Idk if I missed in thread. What are the nitrate and phosphate lvls? What test kits are you using. How often do u do water changes? Any media reactors? GFO or Rowaphos? If so when is it replaced? Lighting. Kelvin and photo period...

    Hi all. Have 4 new fish in QT almost ready for the DT. 3 Bimac Anthias and a blue throat flasher. It is an interesting fish due to a unique coloration atypical for the species. Will post when I can. Stay safe all. Last day of winter but couldn’t tell. Lol
