Are you sure it's a toadstool and not Glove polyps or Dasey Polyps ? If it is a toadstool, It would be a Fancy Toadstool. I can't tell because I can't see if there is a head.

Most likely it's a bristle worm. When their small, their not a problem. They eat left over food or other garbage. Their also good in a bigger tank if a fish or something died on you and you never noticed it missing or couldn't get at it to get it out, the bristle worms would eat the remains. The...

When you see little red or yellow things walking around, then be concerned. They would be flatworms.
