With regard to the reactor yes, With regard to your test do it again to be sure the result is the same. If it is don't do anything, if it's different don't do anything until tomorrow :)

I removed high po4 from my tank using Kent's Phosphate Sponge, it's a ceramic that you can use for no longer than 48 hours and it will reduce the phosphates considerably. It's a bandaid but you need to find the source of the PO4. I know they sell it in Petco for about $20 .
