Does anyone know if the CDP 8800 booster pump can be mounted with the 1/4 inch ports on the bottom? Thanks!

Seems like a lot of work to improve the "in" by 9 tds, with the ultimate goal of 0 out being the end result anyway. If the "in" was really high, then it makes sense.

It for a frag tank in the basement, (to start corals for my DT) then it will become a QT tank using the cheap light that came with the tank. so bleed over it's an issue...thanks for the replies.

Actually since the tank is 36", I can probably get away with a smaller light.

Looking for inexpensive 36" light (or any light good enough for frags) for temporary frag tank. Once DT is running, tank will become QT tank and will switch back to default light that came with tank. Tank is 36 by 12 by 18 tall. Mark...

Question: Does the Automatic shut-off valve on the BRS RO/DI unit somehow shut down the booster pump that I will be adding to the setup? I'm assuming it does not, but want to be sure before I order the switch. Thanks!

The used QT tank I just got came with some turtle food (pellets) and a floating rock with suction cups. Free for anyone... Mark...

Did you take the load off the floor before you added the extra support. I heard its really bad to do this while the load (tank) is full. Can cause damage to tank.

I joined in May of 13, but didn't join (pay dues) until Sept of 13, so that date might not be right. Its not a bad idea to make those dates the same so users know when to pay dues.

I figured I'd get a controller down the line, but use these in the mean time. Plus with 3, I can protect DT, Sump, and anything else.
