Today after work I cut all the frame lumber into the proper sizes and next free time I will assemble the 4 sides. Then it goes off to Hockeynut where we will top it and skin it.
I think when the stand and light fixture are done, I will see some daylight.

That is how my house sump circuit is wired. But in my office, I don't know which outlet is first? I'll just do the breaker for the office. Thanks!

If you see this video, (its the smaller 6 circuit unit, but essentially the same as the 10 circuit) you will see how easy it is to install. Taking your time it should only take a few hours and save you up 2k.

That is terrible, sorry to hear. Was your heater on the GFI. With today's cooler temps it was probably kicking on a lot.
You might want to have two smaller heaters on two different circuits as a back up.
You do need to get a permit. I just had an electrician over regarding a whole house backup and we talked about this cheaper option. One of the main issues is the plug must be outside and 5feet from a door or window. This to keep carbon monoxide away from the home.
